UPDATE #17 - Production, Adventure and Fulfillment Timeline

Dear Nocturnal Adventurers,
We’re back with some news as we move steadily toward the final stages of the project.
MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING NEWS
We’re happy to share that all files are now in print. At this point, we’re simply waiting for the technical production timelines to run their course, so we can finally hold in our hands the physical materials that exist thanks to your support and belief in Nightfell.
Regarding the custom dice, these have also been sent to the manufacturers. Unfortunately, they’ve informed us that production will take longer than initially expected. This means that while the books may be ready earlier, we need to carefully consider fulfillment logistics.
To ensure that reward packages are complete, our current plan is to wait until the dice are ready before shipping. That said, if we manage to reach an agreement with our fulfillment partner to ship rewards without dice first, we’ll be more than happy to do so for backers who can receive them earlier. If that’s not possible, we’ll proceed with a single, complete shipment for everyone.
At the moment, the expected fulfillment window is May–June, assuming no unexpected international or customs-related issues (which, sadly, are always a possibility in these turbulent times). For now, all we can do is wait together, impatiently, but optimistically.
ADVENTURE PROGRESS
We’d also like to share a quick update on the adventure module.
The adventure is currently in its final revision phase and is approaching layout. Once this step is complete, it will be released for download.
Originally conceived for 5e, this adventure required far more work than expected to properly adapt it to Pathfinder 2e. The structural differences between the two systems (especially in encounter design and narrative flow) forced us to rethink and rebuild several elements from the ground up. This included encounter groups, mechanical pacing, and in some cases even story beats and NPC roles.
It was a demanding process, and it took more time than we had initially planned, but we’ve put a great deal of care and effort into making sure the final result truly feels at home in Pathfinder.

UPDATE #16 - PRODUCTION UPDATE & ERRATA RELEASE

Hello everyone,
As this year comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to thank you all and share an important update on the state of the Nightfell PF2 project.
It’s been an intense year, full of work and challenges, but seeing another Nightfell project come together has been deeply rewarding for us. Below you’ll find a few important updates on where things currently stand.
Errata & Final Digital Files
Earlier today, we released an errata-corrected version of both the Core Manual and the Bestiary.
These files represent the final versions we are preparing to send to print.
We’d like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to report typos, small errors, or share constructive suggestions. Your help made a real difference.
You should already have access to the updated files through your BackerKit account (an email should have reached you).

Moving to Manufacturing
With the files now finalized, we’re proceeding with packaging everything for our manufacturing partners.
We know this project has taken a bit longer than originally planned, and we truly appreciate your patience. The amount of work involved was significant, and this year also brought some personal challenges for members of the team, which didn’t make the process any easier.
As always, we want to remind you that behind this project there isn’t a large company, but the work of a single author — Angelo Peluso — supported by a small group of dedicated and hardworking collaborators. We’re a compact team, but one driven by passion, care, and commitment to quality.
Adventure Module Status
Regarding the adventure included with the final round of digital releases:
it is currently in the final stages of layout, following additional checks and proofreading passes. We’re very close to releasing it and will share more details as soon as it’s ready.
Pledge Manager Closing Soon
One last important note regarding the Pledge Manager.
Since we’re now approaching the final phase of production, preorders will close by the end of January.
Until then, you’ll still be able to update your shipping infos & add any last items you may be interested in.
We will, of course, post another reminder update before the Pledge Manager closes.

UPDATE #15 - NIGHTFELL BESTIARY IS READY!

Greetings, Night Adventurers,
and thank you, as always, for your patience and unwavering support.
As promised, the Nightfell Bestiary has finally been unleashed — in all its haunting beauty!
Every creature, from the lurking horrors of the dark to the spectral echoes that haunt the Lunar Age, has been carefully crafted with the utmost dedication. We truly hope that the effort we poured into this work shines through every single page.
We had planned to release Nightfell’s dreadful creatures just in time for Halloween… and we made it! It’s quite fitting to know that these beings will be creeping into your tables on the most terrifying night of the year. 🌙💀
With all print materials now finalized, we are moving toward production — but not before giving everything one last thorough check. If you happen to notice any typo or error, please don’t hesitate to let us know! (Our eyes are definitely more tired than yours at this point.)
We still have time to make small corrections before sending everything to print.
Our work, however, is not yet done. Another release — the Nightfell Adventure: Song of the Beast — is scheduled for Q4 2025. We ask for just a bit more patience; as some of you already know, we are a small but devoted team, and we prefer to take our time rather than rush anything out before it’s truly ready.

UPDATE #13 - ALMOST THERE! FIRST DIGITAL RELEASES COMING SOON

Hey fellow Night Adventurers,
We’re getting close to the finish line! Our team has been working relentlessly, and by the end of this month we plan to launch the first round of digital releases. This means you’ll soon be able to get your hands on the materials, and of course we’ll keep you posted as soon as each file goes live.
That said, we have to admit that our roadmap has experienced a slight delay — probably due to our own overzealousness (which sometimes brings tiredness to our shoulders)! We’ve revisited and refined the new content several times, making sure it truly shines within this rich and beautiful system. We’ve also spent extra time reviewing both the content and the visuals to make everything user-friendly for PF 2E players and aligned with the standards you’d expect from such a product.
Right now, the Bestiary and the Adventure are in the middle of this revision process, while the Corebook is ready for printing and will be included in the upcoming first digital release alongside the other materials.
And since we’re talking about beautiful things… we’d love to share with you the final design for the Deluxe Covers and the NM Screen interiors! These are some of the pieces that will head to print as soon as we wrap up all revisions.

As always, thank you so much for your patience and support. We can’t tell you how excited we are to finally bring these creations to your tables. We’ve published many books over the years, but every time we get close to printing new creatures, it still feels like the very first time.

If you’ve been on the fence about adding something, now’s the perfect time to do it! Please also double-check your shipping addresses — and don’t worry, we’ll send a reminder before we lock orders.
